JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: None for the petitioner Ms. Mayuri Lakhanpal Kalia, DAG Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing/modifying the impugned order dated 23.05.2018 (Annexure P-10) vide which the petitioner services were regularized from 01.10.2003 instead of 31.01.1996, which is against the principle of natural justice as various junior's services to the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 31.01.1996, the action of the respondent in passing the impugned order is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust and unfair and not sustainable in the eyes of law. The case has been called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the light of above, the inference can be drawn that the petitioner doES not want to pursue with the present petition any further. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-
