Challenge in the Regular Second Appeal filed by the plaintiffs/appellants is to the judgment dated 23.02.2013 vide which suit filed by the plaintiffs for declaration was dismissed. Challenge is also to the judgment dated 18.02.2017 vide which the appeal filed by the plaintiffs was also dismissed. 2.
