Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.07.2021 (Annexure P-15) whereby the services of the petitioner were illegally terminated from time to time and further his claim has not been properly adjudicated by the Tribunal on 12.12.2023 (Annexure P-2). A writ in the nature of mandamus has also been sought directing the respondents to treat the entire service of the petitioner as continuous from the initial date of appointment i.e. 02.07.1998, and to grant all consequential benefits, along with interest on delayed payments.
