The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 16.10.2023 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-23378- 2023 whereby respondents were directed to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel contends that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 15.05 2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 1 and the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel shall supply copy of the same to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit shows that order dated 16.10.2023 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-23378-2023 has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged.
