Mr. Roshan Lal, Field Officer, DPCARDB, Branch Tohana. 2 26 2K 2 2K The present revision petition has been filed against judgment dated 04.11.2024 passed by learned trial Court vide which the petitioner was convicted for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and also directed to pay 50% of cheque amount by way of compensation, against which an appeal was filed by the accused before the Additional Session Judge, Fatehabad which was dismissed vide judgment dated 08.08.2025. Now, the matter has been compromised. It has been stated by representative of respondent No.2 that petitioner has compromised with the bank and has deposited Rs.6,37,839/- by way of settlement and hence, nothing remain due from the petitioner.
