Limited prayer made in the writ petition is for directing respondent No.1 to decide revision petition bearing No.29/2022, titled as “Market Committee, Behal Versus Rambilas and others”, Annexure P3, in a time bound manner. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner was allotted a shop/booth plot in New Grain Market, Behal, District Bhiwani in open auction vide allotment letter dated 20.07.2001, Annexure P1, and he deposited the entire principal amount along with interest. She asserts that the respondents delayed the delivery of possession, and failed to provide the basic infrastructure.
