The plaintiff is in second appeal against the concurrent judgements and decrees of the learned Courts below whereby suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff for partition by metes and bounds of the suit property as described in the plaint, has been dismissed by both the courts below. 2. It was pleaded case of the appellant that the suit property bearing ie. House No.6816 as fully described in the plaint, had been purchased by mother of the parties Smt Swaraja Devi from Laxmi Narain vide registered sale deed dated 05.02.1990 for total sale consideration of ₹32,000/-. Thus, in the property in dispute plaintiff along with defendants No.1 and 2 has 1/4th share each; and defendants No.3 to 5 have 1/4th joint share.
