From 22.02.2024 (inclusive), as many as seven opportunities have been granted to learned counsel for the appellant to take instructions from the appellant qua the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, despite the fact that, vide order dated 26.02.2026, it was made clear that continued lack of instructions to learned counsel for the appellant shall entail dismissal of the appeal for non-prosecution. 2.
