Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case, the suit had been finally disposed of vide award dated 13.05.2023 (Annexure P-10) but the petitioner inadvertently had filed an application only with respect to the plaint without specifically moving an application for amendment/correction of the award also.
