On 25.02.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to become eligible, the claim of the petitioner for rounding off his marks from 39.52% to 40%, has erroneously been rejected by the respondent, whereas, similar issue has been considered by the Delhi High Court in W.P. (C) No.9628 of 2019 and connected matter, titled ‘Manoj Kumar and another v/s. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)’, decided on 03.08.2023 (Annexure P-11). This Court finds merit in the submission, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, respondent is directed to re- consider the matter, and thereupon, pass a fresh order.
