The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.11.2025 passed in CWP-35437-2025, whereby, respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 29.11.2025, speaking order dated 25.03.2026 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 25.03.2026 shows that order dated 29.11.2025 passed in CWP-35437-2025 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 25.03.2026 in accordance with law
