Despite repeated calls, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3. A perusal of record shows that on last two occasions also, i.e. on 07.05.2026 and 15.05.2026, the petitioner was unrepresented, and therefore, directions were given to the Registry to inform date, to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. As per report of Registry, information has been given through e- mail to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. However, despite abovementioned endeavour, the petitioner is unrepresented today. Thus, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is hereby dismissed in default. 7.
