Premi, Advocate for the petitioner(s) Ms. Mayuri Lakhanpal Kalia, DAG Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2/Appellate Authority to decide and dispose of the Statutory Appeal filed under Rule 9 of the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules 1987 (now Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules 2016 pending since 24.03.2023. At the outset, learned State counsel on instructions from Dr. Raja Shekhar Vindru, Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department, assures the Court that pending appeal of the petitioner dated 24.03.2023 (Annexure P-12) will be decided within a period of one month. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner do not wish to press the instant petition any further at this stage. Accordingly, the same is disposed off at this stage. (SANDEEP M
