The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant regularization and consequential service benefits to the petitioner at par with similarly situated employees, who were regularized on 24.02.2026 (Annexure P- 17) and to give deem date of promotion to the petitioner. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to first approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. 3.
