The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in view of the regularization policy/judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 16.04.2026 in Civil Appeal No.1996 of 2024 titled as Madan Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P- 20). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the representation (Annexure P-18) of the petitioners is decided by respondent No.3 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Learned State counsel, appearing on advanced notice as well as counsel for respondents No.3 to 6, submit th
