Mr. Gopal Mittal, Advocate, along with Dr. Deepak Jindal, Advocate, Mr. Mohinder Singh, Regional Manager, Mr. Deepak Malik, Dy, Manager, Ms. Suman, Manager, Ms. Urmil Sharma, Deputy Manager, Ms. Sonia Sharma, Deputy Manager, and Ms. Karishna Negi, Advocate, for the respondent-Insurance Company. **** As per statements of learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent – Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the instructions of learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to appellant No.1. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs. 2,80,000/- in the name of the appellant No.1 with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within six weeks from today, in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow
