(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for quashing of an FIR No.146 dated 04.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 342, 323 IPC and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act at Police Station City 1 Abohar, District Fazilka and the proceedings arisen under Section 155 Cr.P.C. under Sections 182, 193, 196 IPC in the same case along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2.
