(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.6 and 7 as the petitioner is being harassed and humiliated by being called to the Police Station time and again on the pretext of enquiry/re-enquiry. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been repeatedly called in the multiple enquiries that have been conducted in the same complaint as submitted by Sukhbir Singh. He has faced the enquiry proceedings thrice over and in each of such recommendations, the proceedings have been directed to be filed. He contends that the respondents are calling the petitioner yet again.
