(Oral) The present petition under Section 528, BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing FIR No.130 dated 22.09.2022, under Sections 326, 341, 324, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda, with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.
