The present petition has been filed invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Hon*ble Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Moga, to decide the application for stay filed by the petitioner under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in Civil Appeal No. 6 of 2025, titled Rajwinder Singh and others vs, Baljit Singh and others, in an expeditious and time-bound manner. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 05.12.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moga, in Civil Suit No. 506 of 2020.
