Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution, against the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in CRM-M-73923- 2025 vide order dated 08.01.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the sole respondent submits that aforesaid order dated 08.01.2026 has been complied with and a detailed speaking order dated 02.04.2026 has been passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Bureau, Range Amritsar.
