Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, in case FIR No. 46 dated 04.08.2024, registered under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, District Intelligence Wing Amritsar. 2. On the basis of secret information, naka was installed by the police and thereupon the accused was apprehended, while he was on his motorcycle No. PB-02-AL-7481. Although, no narcotic contraband was recovered from his possession, however, two pistols Glock 9 MM alongwith magazine were recovered from his possession on the spot. On next day i.e. 05.08.2024, at the instance of the petitioner 542 grams of Ice Drug was also recovered. 3. Status report by way of an affidavit
