Through the instant writ petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a prayer is made for quashing of order dated 21.07.2016 (Annexure P-1), passed by the SDM, Maintenance Tribunal, Faridabad (respondent no.2), as well as order dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-First Appellate Authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2.
