Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the impugned order dated 04.02.2026, passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana vide which bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail/surety bonds have been forfeited to the State and warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner in case FIR No.325, dated 25.11.2025, registered under Sections 21, 27, 29 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Samrala, District Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
