(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.191 dated 11.10.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 103, 109, 190, 191(3), 61(2) [Section 249 added later on] of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.
