The present is an Intra Court Appeal filed assailing the judgment passed by learned Single Judge dated 10.02.2026 in CWP-3963- 2026 by which the writ petition filed by the appellant has been dismissed. 2. The relief claimed in the writ petition before the learned Single Judge was for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner consisting of pension and part payments of gratuity, provident fund and leave encashment, etc. along with interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.11.2025. 3.
