The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to take immediate and effective step on his complaint dated 26.07.2025 and 15.12.2025. 2. The petitioner claims that he was registered owner of vehicle bearing Registration No. HR-26-DC-2683, make Skoda Rapid, Engine No. CWX130987, Chassis No. TMBBUCNA5GG012582. The respondent No.6 purchased said vehicle from him and took possession. A purchase declaration dated 19.06.2025 was duly executed by respondent No.6. As per purchase settlement, the petitioner applied for No Objection Certificate in the office of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)-cum-Registering Authority, Gurugram which was duly issued on 27.06.2025. The respondent No.6 is RAJAN
