After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from petitioner No.(ii), namely, Surinder Kumar who is present in Court, states that he does not wish to press the present petition. However, he states that the petitioners may be granted some time to harvest their crops. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from Sarpanch – Reshmi Devi – states that the respondent-Gram Panchayat would have no objection if some time is granted to the petitioners to harvest their crops. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioners are granted two months’ time to harvest their crops and to hand over vacant possession of the land in question to the respondent- Gram Panchayat.
