(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, whereby, the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender, in case FIR No.152 dated 20.06.2020, registered under Sections 323, 324, 34 of the IPC, 1860 (Section 326 of IPC added later on), at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur. 2.
