Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-24614-2018 vide order dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2. Reply by way of affidavit of respondent No.4 along with Annexures R-1 to R-4 filed in the Registry is taken on record. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3. In the aforesaid affidavit, it is mentioned that consequential financial benefits will be disbursed very soon. 4.
