(Oral) The present petition has been filed for quashing the second inquiry initiated by the SSP, Moga against the petitioner at the hands of wife of the accused and also to direct the official respondents to conduct a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in case bearing FIR No.0005 dated 05.01.2026 registered under Sections 318(4), 316, 336(2), 338, 336(3) & 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station, City South, Moga. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
