The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his representations dated 28.11.2025 and 20.01.2026. 2. The petitioner is a resident of V.P.O Bhuslana, Tehsil Safidon, District Jind. He is facing difficulty in running his Tubewell for irrigation purposes as there is no electricity connection. His application for electricity connection was accepted by Electricity Department in May’ 2025 still no connection has been released. His co-sharers of property have already furnished no objection by way of affidavit. Inaction on the part of respondent-Department persuaded him to file representations
