141 INCOMP-1003-2026 RAJINDER KUMAR VS STATE OF HARYANA Present: - None. ….. The petition in hand was filed on 16.01.2026 by Sh. Aditya Partap, Advocate. The Registry has raised objection(s) on the case file. However, the same has not been complied with till date. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders; the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it and is to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days.
