Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat in case FIR No.32 dated 23.01.2020 under Sections 279, 304-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat vide the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person. 2. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that in the above said case, the petitioner was regularly appearing before the trial Court. However, on 08.11.2024, the petitioner met with a road accident in which he had suffered multiple abrasion injuries including on head and due to the same, the petitioner was not in a condition to appear before the Court, however, he always approached his counsel to do the needful.
