VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (Oral) This is defendant’s appeal against the judgment and decree dated 23.08.2018, passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Fazilka, dismissing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 11.02.2015 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar, vide which the suit filed by the plaintiff, was decreed. 2. For the sake of convenience and clarity, parties shall be referred to as per their original status. 3. The plaintiff filed a suit for recovery of Rs.1,23,592/- (i.e. Rs.84,000/- as principal amount and Rs.39,592/- as interest). It was claimed that the plaintiff (a partnership firm) was doing the business of Commission Agent at Abohar. It used to advance loans to the agriculturists, who sold their agriculture produce through the plaintiff firm. It was further asserted that defendant-Rajinder Kum
