District Judge in Civil Appeal No.186 of 2023 titled as Karan Kumar and Anr Vs. Rajender KUmar and Ors. in respect of their acquired land by the respondent No.4 for the purpose of construction of road of village Khadoor Makhu Road, Zira for widening of the Highway.
