This is second petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No. 153, dated 23.10.2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 331(6) and 3(5) of BNS, (Section 117(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda. 2. This Court vide order dated 28.01.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 28.01.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.
