Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Indri, Karnal in Civil Suit No.CS-280-2018 vide which the defense of the petitioner has been struck off. 2. There is no representation of behalf of the parties, despite calling twice. 3. As per copy of the order dated 26.11.2024 downloaded from the online case management portal of the concerned Court, the main Civil Suit No.280/2018 stands dismissed by the trial Court. As such the present petition has rendered infructuous. Copy of the order is taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous as well as for want of prosecution.
