The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned speaking order dated 27.03.2025 (P-17) passed by respondent No.5 qua the petitioner to the effect that “with respect to sports gradation certificate of petitioners’ No.1, 28 and 125 is concerned same are not issued to the petitioners by the Sports Department as per their verification report, hence are not eligible for consideration for the post in question”. 2.
