The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction especially a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the full pay and allowances of the petitioner for the entire suspension period i.e from 13.07.2021 to 14.04.2024 which are illegally being withheld till date, along-with interest thereupon w.e.f. 15.04.2024 till actual realization. A further direction has also been sought to the respondents to release the full salary and all consequential service benefits to the petitioner for the conviction period from 20.04.2021 to 23.01.2022. 2.
