The present appeal has been filed by the appellant–claimant seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal (hereinafter “the Tribunal”), vide award dated 05.04.2003, whereby a sum of ₹15,000/- was granted on account of injuries sustained by him in a Motor Vehicle Accident dated 29.06.2000 due to rash and negligent driving of respondent No.1. 2.
