The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 01.08.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-18352- 2025. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit of Mr. Prateek Hooda, HCS, Estate Officer, HSVP, Panipat dated 08.05.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent and the same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit shows that order dated 01.08.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-18352-2025 has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged.
