The substantive prayer made in the instant petition reads thus: “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this petition and pass an Order to Set- aside/Quash the Impugned Order dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the respondent No. 1 and 2 whereby the premature release case of the petitioner has been rejected in an illegal and arbitrary manner.” 2.
