The present appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 05.12.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal vide which application for grant of regular bail filed by the appellant in FIR No.415 dated 06.09.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 302 of IPC and Section 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of SC & ST Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal has been declined. 2. The counsel for the appellant contends that no specific injury has been attributed to the appellant in the FIR. Subsequently, the complainant- Mohit has been examined as PW-2 and has not supported the case of the prosecution. As the appellant is in custody since 08.09.2023 but only 10 out of the 29 prosecution witnesses have been examined so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to b
