The prayer in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 25.02.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad, District Faridabad and the order dated 24.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by Collector, Sub Division 1st Grade, Nuh, District Nuh, being wrong, illegal and contrary to the provisions of law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3.
