(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 12.09.2017 (P-2) passed by Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Kharkhoda, Sonepat vide which application under Order 21 Rule 32 read with Section 151 CPC filed by respondent No.1 was allowed as well as for setting aside the order dated 02.02.2023 (P-10); whereby objection filed by the petitioner/ JD were ordered to be dismissed. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that vide order dated 23.09.2025, the execution proceedings have been disposed of with the consent of both the parties. 3.
