(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.191 dated 10.07.2020 for the commission of offence punishable under Section 136 of Electricity Act 2003, Police Station Hathin, District Palwal. 2. Briefly stating the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being on the complaint of ‘Junior Engineer Electricity Board’. It was reported by the above named official that the theft of transformer had taken place, which caused loss to the tune of Rs.45,753.99/- to the department. 3.
