The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for setting aside the merit list dated 28.04.2026 (Annexure P- 6) as it has been prepared in a perverse and illegal manner, denying the petitioner his merit as per his score in the examination conducted. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join and participate in the counselling. 2.
