The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 261 dated 29.09.2025 registered under Sections 21/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City South, District Moga. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on the basis of a secret information, a raid was conducted and petitioner along with co-accused Agastpreet Singh @ Gasa was apprehended and 260 grams of heroin was recovered from the right pocket of the lower worn by the co-accused. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been implicated falsely in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 07 months and 02 days and is not involved in any other case. He, thus, prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.
