The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent Nos.3 & 5 to grant him compensation for loss of his wheat crop caused due to digging of soil on account of installing Powergrid line towers in the adjoining land. He is further seeking writ of prohibition directing respondents not to grant the claim before partition of joint Khewat No.133/117. 2. As per claim of petitioner, labour/machinery in the month of December’ 2025 started soil digging process over the land where he had sown wheat crop.
